This year's Valentine's day was so much fun! (and a lot of work.) Sounds so cliche, but watching the boys have fun brought a lot of joy to BJ and me. We surprised the boys with fondue for dinner, treat bags, a giant checkers game, and handmade notes for each boy made lovingly by daddy. :) His notes are always special.
Fondue was a real adventure for us. I guess we overheated the oil/butter for our meat so when we plunged the first few pieces in, the oil started bubbling over and spilled out onto the table. My table top has a nice spot as a reminder of that evening. :)
The twins are always oozing with sweetness.
Chocolate fondue was a real hit...and mess. :)
We gave the boys a rug checker board. This is mommy's view during checkers.
